• Final booking takes place after payment of a deposit paid by postal money order or bank transfer and subsequent written confirmation from us
• Late arrivals or early departures over the booked period will also be charged
• In case of cancellation before 14th day from the scheduled arrival date the deposit will not be refunded
• In case of cancellation from 14 days before arrival day, we will charge the total amount, so we recommend you to make a travel cancellation insurance
• The prices are indicated per day for a minimum stay of 7 nights
• The price includes weekly change of kitchen, bed and bath linen, heating, gas, water and electricity and final cleaning
• The price does not include the tourist tax, which costs 1,40 € per day per person (exempt from the payment of the tax are minors up to the age of 14 years)
• The number of people occupying the apartment can not exceed that indicated in our confirmation
• Access to apartments and the use of all facilities is only granted to registered persons
• We invite our guests to not smoke inside the building
• Check-in from 3 pm to 8 pm, after this hour only with agreement
• Check-out until 9.30 am
• The bill is sold directly at check-in or on the night before departure
• Four-legged little friends are welcome at the price of 5.00 Euro per day
• By booking the client declares to know and accept the conditions of staying of our house
